For an international software company based in Ghent we are looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Taken

  • As CSM you are a trusted advisor, which means you are a true expert who can help and guide customers by helping them getting the most out of the software.
  • Optimise the customer's expierence and create longterm client relationships by proactively managing the entire customer lifecycle: from onboarding, the adoption phase and to renewal.

Profiel

  • You have at least 2 years of expierence in an client-focused role, which is key to give credibility towards our customers.
  • You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch and English. A good basic knowledge of French is sufficient.
  • Accountancy knowledge is important to understand the clients needs.
  • You are the friendly face that really likes to help people and have patience when needed.
  • You understand there are all kinds of customers who all have different needs.
  • You're innovative, you share your ideas to do things better.
  • You want to add value to the team but can work independent when needed.
  • The customer comes first, always!
  • Time management is no issue for you.
