We are looking for an HR Business Partner for our international client based in Sint-Niklaas.

As an HR Business Partner:

• You develop and deploy HR strategies
• You are in charge of the recruitment process
• You implement HR policies
• You ensure proper and effective personnel administration and reporting
• You will coordinate the training programmes
• You will be the back-up for payroll, especially when it comes to compensation and benefits

Profiel

As an HR Business Partner:

• You are the proud owner of a Master's or Bachelor's degree
• You can look back to at least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist position
• Ideally, you can also look back at 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are familiar with Belgian labor law
• You are a great communicator with a hands-on mentality, you are organized and can work independently
